yuk. thank goodness for the Ubuntu store which I discovered last night
but it does convey an important message: the cloud may own all your data or at least inventory it ...
this "Man in the Browser" business ain't cool
it just underscores the need to have the actual browser executables running in "user land" -- and each "tab" running in its own "sand box"
it makes sense, I think, to use a separate LOGON for each critical web site -- which would be a bank, credit union, online shop &c
