I have Kubuntu 12.04 and I have my System Settings -> Locale set to use military time (HH:MM:SS) but the KDE clock in the lower right corner is still using AM/PM. I've used KDE before and this was all I had to do. Is there something else that I am missing? This seems simple but I cannot figure it out.
