Is there a widget, program, or compiz configuration that I can do to allow a p-i-p (picture in picture) looking thumbnail of another window that I have open? For example, while I'm reading a document could I have a miniature browser that is always-on-top of my other windows. Not one that I shrink, but one that is scaled down like a widget that's always on top if I want it there. One that kinda looks like the hover-over panel function built into windows 7
