Do you tweak Ubuntu 12.04?

Do you tweak Ubuntu 12.04? If so, what kind of tweaks do you do, and how do you do them? I would like to see some cool programs, tweaks, etc that make Ubuntu 12.04 much cooler.

I put x-screensaver on it, cos I like screensavers. And I did my usual terminal-flip, to white text and black background. Other than that, I can't think of anything. But gimmee time, I haven't been using precise for very long!
