I'm gradually switching from win XP to Ubuntu.

Next step is moving my eclipse development environment to Ubuntu.
Installing eclipse couldn't be easier,
but I seem to fail to install omondo (www.omondo.com)

The required plugins EMF and GEF seem to install without a problem,
but installing the UML plugin causes eclipse to generate following error at
startup (and fails)

"An error has occurred. See the log file
/usr/share/eclipse/configuration/..............log"

I checkeh, no log file is generated in this directory.
Anyone has better experience in installing the omondo plugins ?

what kind of instalation did you try? did you try using the software updates option from eclipse? I think that is the best way to install plugins in eclipse, and it never fails on me....
