Boot from a LiveCD, open Gparted, unmount all partitions, wipe the drive, install Win. ;)

One problem I have a recovery partition but it won't work Linux made the partition non active. So if I wipe the drive I lose that too.

I think that partition is inactive. You need to press a key combination at boot to boot into it. The makers of the machine should have that combo in the manual. You could just try that and see if it wipes the drive and installs Win for you.

PS: I, personally, have no idea why the community bothers with Wubi, but ... a hard drive install is a much better user experience. Wubi only intended to 'try before you buy,' not a long term solution. ;)
