Ubuntu 12.04 LTS Desktop 64 bit Installation CRASHes on VMware vSphere 5.0, and also VMware Workstation 8.0.4

I've tried several different hosts, (10), and six different ESXi 5.0 builds, from ESXi 5.0, ESXi 5.0 U1, and 5.1 Beta.

(server is okay!)

Any ideas?

Okay, tried on AMD based host servers, and no issues installing!

But on Intel Xeon 64bit Hosts, Installation Crashes, do we have a bug here?
