Wobbly Windows

Hi all, after doing a complete re-install, I notice the wobbly windows effect is no longer available using ccsm.

How can I re-enable this feature?

Any help would be very much appreciated!

Check you have the package compiz-plugins
Synaptic shows that contains the Wobbly Windows plugin.
