Android (Linux) with keyboard, mini-usb and large screen

Hello,

I would like to find a large screen android, that would have the above features:
- a cool mechanical keyboard
- an usb mini (to plug whatever we find useful)
- linux / android, or preferably ubuntu
- < 300-400$ in case that I break it during trips


This one attached looks like it has a cool keyboard, but likely has not so much features.

Any hint are welcome !!
