Hi!, Geekon.

Please give more details of what you want to achieve. What is displayed? - a Screenshot might help, use a thumbnail'.

What do you want to "return" the System Menu to?

Have you installed 'Main Menu' [ aka 'Alacarte' ]?

Which allows you to edit the menus.

Well, it would be both difficult and pointless.

Many of the things that used to exist in the System menu now exist in System Settings since the change to Gnome 3.

Hi! Geekon,

I was not using Classic Fall-back when I sent my Post #2; I have just checked it out and:

The Administration and Preferences sub-menus, previously in the System menu heading, are now included in Applications>System Tools> together with other management tools.

So you can still access these tools in the Gnome2 traditional way, as well as by the GUI System -Settings, as pointed out by Kansasnoob.

Only look and thou shallt find!
