Update Error Please Assist

Hey I am having some issues with the recent upgrade of xubuntu 12.04 the error I got was


W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/nikount/orta-desktop/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/source/Sources 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/nikount/orta-desktop/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-amd64/Packages 404 Not Found

W: Failed to fetch http://ppa.launchpad.net/nikount/orta-desktop/ubuntu/dists/precise/main/binary-i386/Packages 404 Not Found

Those repositories no longer exist. Remove them by either editing sources.list or (easier for most) going to Edit>Software Sources>Other Software tab and unchecking them in the Ubuntu Software Center.
