View Full Version : [ubuntu] Changing Unity's appearance

I really like using unity (I bet you don't hear that a lot round here) but the default launcher doesn't look too nice. I used a Unity tweak by alecive as well as playing around with Ccsm, but there are still some things I can't get rid of, namely the white border on the right hand side of the launcher, and the gradient at the top (I'm including a picture with crudely drawn annotations to clarify). I poked around in /usr/share/unity/4 for a bit but I haven't been able to change these, so I was wondering if it's at all possible to do anything about them.
