Hello All,
I'd like to reinstall ubuntu to get networking working properly, but I want to preserve my applications. Since I'm reinstalling to the same machine, the architecture is the same, but I simply don't know how to determine which files to specify for the backup and which commands to use. If any of you have experience with this, I'd greatly appreciate it.
Note: the most important thing for me to preserve is my installation of MatLab.
