Unlock and Root Galaxy Nexus on Ubuntu 12.04

I have been searching the web for a while attempting to find a root guide to the Galaxy Nexus on Ubuntu. Does anyone have a link? Or have they tried it for themselves? Any info would be awesome.

Install Android SDK:
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/AndroidSDK

Then follow this guide:
http://source.android.com/source/building-devices.html

With an unlocked bootloader you should be able to flash any rom you want and install cwm. Good Luck!
