Upgrading to 12.04

Hello all I have a dual boot set up here--Windows 7 and ubuntu 11.10 I want to upgrade to 12.04--My question is--Can i upgrade without loosing windows 7-will teh upgrade to 12.04 know to over write 11.10? thanks so much!!

Upgrading Ubuntu has nothing with Windows partition.Before you do upgrade back up all important files just in case something goes wrong.
