panel shadow disappeared and window shadow restricted to 18 in compiz

Suddenly the panel shadow has disappeared. How to bring it back?


Also how do I increase the window shadow pixel beyond 18? compiz restricts to 18. gconf also doesn't help as it did in older versions.
