Is there any way to upgrade Unity to version 6.0 in Ubuntu 12.04?

There is no 12.04 PPA or official build that I can find. It may take time. I don't know if it will be officially available in 12.04, but I would hope so considering 12.04 has 5 year support.

I didn't even heard about Unity 6 ever. As no official announcement was made yet, I think is too early to use it on 12.04.

But remember 12.04 is a LTS release, so probably, when Unity 6 is released and become stable enough, it will be officially available on 12.04 updates.

Unity 6.0 got many many new features and damn better than unity 5.0 which Ubuntu 12.04 uses. I hope I can install unity 6 in my ubuntu 12.04.....

Ubuntu 12.10 will be released in just over 3 weeks so wait for that. If you can't wait then install the 12.10 beta now. Using 12.10 is more sensible and will be more reliable than trying to install Unity 6 in 12.04.

I will stick to 12.04..

Unity 6 involves a massive change from gconf to gsettings. We're still cleaning up some bugs from that transition. If you tried backporting it to Ubuntu 12.04, you would lose the stability advantage of 12.04 so you might as well use Ubuntu 12.10 if you really want the new features.
