Cannot install 12.04 or boot from live CD: Drops to busybox

Hi, I'm trying to install 12.04 on an Intel i5 with a SATA drive and combined blu-ray/dvd/cd player.

While booting, the live CD drops to busybox. Same things happens if I select install from the boot menu. If I type exit, I'll get this:

So... What to do? :)

Solved: Ubuntu doesn't support Marvell 88Se91xx 6Gbps SATA. Everything ok when switching to the 3Gbps ports.
