How can i download VLC setup for ubuntu 12.04 ..?

Hey guys..!
Actually i want to know how to download VLC media player setup in .deb format using Windows XP of my Office's PC which have an internet connection and after that i will install it in my Home PC(ubuntu 12.04)which don't have an internet connection..! Please Help..!
