Stupid question but how do I upload an avatar. I'll go to user cp and edit avatar but there is no place to change it.

User CP -> Edit Avatar

select the option Use Custom Avatar

click the browse button below it, find what you want to upload,
then select save changes

Thats the problem there isn't an option for custom avatar.

Or find any nice image on the net, scale it down with Gimp and use it.
