HI
After finding my Intel 64bit CPU did not support 64 bit virtualization, I upgraded my motherboard to a ASUS F1A55-M with a AMD A8 3870 APU. I did not re-install Ubuntu 12.04.
All is good except the second monitor seems a bit flaky. After booting I seem to have to add it back in every time I use the PC. When the monitor powers off when left un-used, no picture returns on wake. This evening after adding the second monitor back in, over the next 3-4 minutes it when black then recovered several times.
The motherboard uses integrated Radeon HD6000 series graphics. There appears to be a Linux driver for this but I am conservative when it comes to trying new video drivers. I guess it should be installed but would appreciate feedback first.
Any ideas appreciated.
