I haven't been able to use mine for a while now but hopefully soon. It weighs only 18 Kilos so it is really easy to lift onto the roof racks etc.

It is also incredibly stable.

I haven't been able to use mine for a while now ....

They don't tend to work so well on bodies of water that are frozen solid! :) Man it's been cold here lately.

Anyway, here's mine. I'm the tall fella in the middle yelling "Row! Row! Row!";

Your Waka would circumnavigate Wellington Harbour 20 times before I paddled 1 km. They are a magnificent sight under full steam.

Local guy with cerebral palsy and a team mate paddled around Iceland not to long ago in a kayak. Saw a documentary on it, big respect.

It does look pretty stable for a kayak.
