Hello Experts !
A few days ago I decided to look into security. After browsing around the Internet I found a document that explains "Stateful Firewall and Maskerading on Linux" at this URL http://www.puschitz.com/FirewallAndRouters.shtml and decided to give it a go, as you do...
I followed the instructions of the document and all seemed ok. The file /var/log/messages was where it should be if I can remember correctly.
However, this file is no longer in this location. What may have caused this and should I re-create it?
