I've red an article http://humanreadable.nfshost.com/journa ... 11-008.htm (http://humanreadable.nfshost.com/journal/2011/2011-008.htm), done all recommendations, but tooltips in apps (tooltips displayed while cursor hovered on buttons and tabs) did not disabled.
Please prompt me how disable tooltip in all apps (http://s1.ipicture.ru/uploads/20120706/lhk6SFdy.png).
kde 4.8.4, theme oxygen-transparent.
