How to change language of Wine 1.4 ?

Hello, I am a Vietnamese and I just translated Wine from English to my local lang, but now, I don't know how to change or add my lang to Wine.

I have read some documents but I may be not understand them...
I translated the PO file (from PPA source), if I want to add this like a MO file What I need do?
