Has anyone gotten they're cd's yet?

hey all, this is a poll to see if anyone has gotten they're ubuntu cds in the mail yet. post if you got them, and when.

sadly yes, I remember when I first found interest in linux, I was pissed as hell at my windows comp, so I ordered the cds, and I forgot about them, then I got them like a month later and I was like whoa, I forgot I ordered these! so, popped em in, tried out linux, and here I am :D

lol, dialup... I feel your pain, however, I brought my laptop to my school and cracked they're high speed wireless :D! downloaded it within a half hour. so, I've been using dapper for a while.


I guess I should go check my mail if people are reporting theirs comming...

From where was it shipped? I live in Ottawa, Canada and the last time I received the cds, I've waited for... 1 months or more. It was shipped from France and I totally forgot about them until I received them.

My CD arrived last night through Bittorrent :-)

I downloaded my CDs at the release date. When I do receive the pressed CDs, I'll put the burned ones in an old CD spindle.

I posted two days ago that I hadn't recieved them yet and they arrived the next day, yesterday. Now to start giving them away, so I probably won't have them long.

What do you get when you order the dapper cd's that you can't get by downloading them? i have not seen anyone post pictures of their cd's.
