How do I reset Gwenview's UI

this is probably a silly question, but I can't seem to find an answer online...
I'm using Kubuntu 12.04 and For some reason Gwenview's menu bar is gone awol. Like it's completely disappeared, no file, edit etc and none of the icons below the menu are there either.
I deleted /usr/share/kde/apps/gwenview/gwenviewui.rc but this did nothin. I'd love to know what's going on here?

Ctrl-M should bring back the menu..

that worked :) once the menu bar was back I was able to right click on it to bring back the tool bar.
