When I re-start my computer, I sometimes come across these certain problems.
-I cannot access the Internet
-There are no icons on my desktop
-The panel at the top of my screen is missing.
Usually only the first two happen, but I have had the panel missing two or three times. All these problems fix themselves when and if the computer asks for my login keyring, however. The only problem is, I don't know how to get the login keyring to pop up--it just does, on occasion. I would like to know if there's a way to get it to appear and let me access the Internet and click on my desktop icons. Thank you! :)
Some more information: I am apparently running Lucid, version 10.04. I'm also a newbie to Ubuntu, so bear with me!
