I'm trying to dual boot Ubuntu or Kubuntu on my machine using the windows installer in Win 7 64 bit. It does the installation in windws and reboots, and will give me the error 'no prefix' and can't find wbuilder. If I reboot from there I get the boot menu and if I select "ubuntu" it give me the an error asking to insert the windows cd.
I have tesedt cpu/memory they are all good. no bios adjustments make a difference. Using RAID striping. MB is ASUS M2A-VM Athlon 4800 2GB RAM. tryied to select a USB hard drive, same fail.
any help would be appreciated
