linuxcertified.com. Any experiences ?

I was eyeing the laptops at linuxcertified.com, both since I want to get myself a laptop, but also for recommendations for people who may be interested.

Have anyone had any experience with them, and their products ?
Customer friendliness, support etc ?

I bought a lc2100 laptop from them with ubuntu preinstalled. Fantastic product! Nice and light, good looking, very linux compatible. I have had zero problems. I recommend getting the intel penium m chip as there are no problems with overheating....

Also I have upgraded it twice from Hoary to Breezy to Dapper. No issues either time.

I know you asked specifically about Linux Certified, but a user here named Fuscia seems to have had a good experience with System 76 (http://www.ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=191984), in case you're curious about other Linux vendors.
