Hello,
I'm having trouble trying to write an img file to an SD Card hooked in via my camera (as I cant find my card reader)

I'm endeavoring to install the debian operating system to use on the raspberry PI.

Anyone know of a good program or terminal entries that may work?

Cheers
Woody

What trouble are you having? Is the SD Card visible to the system or is it not being detected?

All the information you should need for writing Pi images is here:
http://elinux.org/RPi_Easy_SD_Card_Setup#Copying_an_image_to_the_SD_ Card_in_Linux_.28command_line.29

I paid for my Pi last night and really look forward to receiving it :D

Cool, glad you got it working.

It feels like I've been waiting for longer than 4 months, but I'm not actually sure lol.
