Hi I'm new to Ubuntu, please bear with me here!

My question is this: Is there any known way to work iTunes on ubuntu that will sync up with my iPod? (I already have music in disks and external drives) Like, being able to connect my iPod via usb to my computer and sync music to it?

Or I am open to an alternative solution, even jailbreaking if anyone is able to shed some light on ways to do that through Ubuntu.

Thank you!!!!
