Howto customize start panel

Hi,

For a restricted user, I would like to limit the LXDE panel to only certain applications. How can I do that?

Next question: How can I prevent this user from executing any commands as root using sudo?

First question-login as that user, remove the menu applet from the menu, but add the applications you want them to use as shortcuts (where chrome and the file manager are on the panel, or on the desktop)

Second question-use the users and groups dialog, make him a non-administrator user.
