Cannot download ATI Catalyst 10.9 hotfix

I finally found a solution to my ati radeon 9550 driver error and the amd website has me on some sort of black list, i tried using different browsers and now back on windows it asks for a password, which i guess you either have to work there to know it or theres just something i dont know.


so, HELP! i need an alternate download.

According to the AMD site below, legacy version 9.3 is the most current version that supports your card in Linux:
