zend studio 9.03 in ubuntu 12.04

I want to install Zend Studio 9.03 but I have this error:
"E: unable to locate pakeage zend studio"

I try to install by this line in terminal :

sudo apt-get install ZendStudio
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
E: Unable to locate package ZendStudio

I don't think you will find Zend Studio in the repo's, as Zend Studio is a commercial application, bu you can Download a trial version from their website, and follow their instructions to install it!
