gnome 3 change resolution by configuration file

I have problem in gnome 3 with resolution of the screen. I want change resolution of the screen by configuration file.

In gnome session (without efects) work prefectly, but in normal session (with efects), the resolution is wrong and i can't work with interface, because i have distortion image.
