apt-cacher-ng fails to upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04

Hi,

I am running ap-acaher-ng on ubuntu 11.04. The disturbution upgrades are going smoothly with apt-caher-ng for 10.10,11.04 and 11.10. But when i try to upgrade from 11.10 to 12.04 the apt-caher-ng crashes .please help me out to solve this.
