1. Download and install Firefox 1.5 for Windows onto your Windows partition.

2. Install a recent version of WINE (through the official WINE repository is best).

3. Run Firefox in WINE.

It works perfectly, even when displaying Flash movies. Now let's see someone run Windows Firefox through WINE on Ubuntu on the Browser Appliance on VMWare on Windows!

(Don't mind me, I'm having a good day. I just convinced my boss to install OpenOffice onto his computers)

Isn't firefox standard included in the repo's
sudo apt-get install firefox ;)
And flash is very easy to install by automatix or do it manual ...
But runningit in wine will slow down your firefox ;)

Firefox 1.5 isn't that hard to install on breezy, you shouldn't need Wine to do it.

Or you could just upgrade to Dapper, might not be possible, just depends where in Western Australia. (Bandwidth I mean)
