Hi all.
I'm running 12.04. It's a pretty fresh install.
I've had major problems with gnome.
Currently, I've got two monitors, and I'm using an nvidia card. Nvidia-settings registers both monitors, and they are usable with two seperate X displays under KDE.
However, under gnome, my right screen isn't usable.
It has a white background. I can create folders on it, but that's all.
If I right-click, I get the expected menu. But if I try to change the background, the background on my left monitor changes. Clicking on the gnome panels that I can see on the right screen does nothing.
How can make my second monitor usable under gnome?
