There are references to cats all over the Forum/s.
Are we all cat-lovers? I find that hard to believe!;)

Well I've a cat but I did not called it "ubuntu". We use to call it "Poupoun" (I know that it is ridiculous...). However I cannot say I am a dog-lover...

Note : Rabbits are very good with prunes...

I have two dogs and a cat that looks just like Aysiu's. No one ever told him he should be a cat, so the Dog Squad can be seen burying bones and playing fetch together (Dogs succeeding, cat trying).
No one ever believes me at first, but it is true I swear!!

I like dogs, but I don't have anything against cats. Let's just say if I went to the animal shelter and they had a dog and a cat, and I could only take one home, I'd take the dog.

But I also have some allergy issues to contend with, so that's part of the reason too. #-o

I have 4 dogs. I tried having a cat a few months ago, but that didn't go too well. I'm not into being violent towards animals, so I gave her away.

1 dog 11 turkeys (or how is it written in English?), and 4 rabbits.
Used to be 1 dog 14 turkeys and 6 rabbits, before the cats of the neighbourhood felt like eating some turkeys and rabbits (they were very small at that time :( ).
So no cats for me thank you.

I have 2 dogs (both female, I hate to call them bitches, except when I go walk them "Me iz walking da bitches" being my GAIM Away message), one is a Siberian Husky called Kali and the other is a Belgian Shepherd named Fiona.

I also have 6 cats permanently, with room for another one my wife constantly takes from the streets and gives away for adoption after the cat's health is ok ;)

My cats are, by order of age (older to younger): Luínha (which means Moony in Portuguese), Beatrice (nicknamed Bea), Osiris, Isis, SeBASTian, Sushi and we now have a kitten who's bound for a new owner, found a couple of weeks ago on the highway, named Maggie.

Having a cat named Beatrice and all, I tried an Ubuntu based distro, BeatrIX but it has, unfortunately, been discontinued. It was actually a very fast distro, with a GNOME desktop.

Someone's gotta say it: I detest dogs and children. They, like, need you. How weak is your ego, dude?

we have two cats, that I love dearly

Mittens basically wandered into our garage, and had kittens. She's a pissy little bugger, only gets affectionate once a day, and likes to sleep in shoe and modem boxes.

Scruffy was a stray we picked up, he has a weezing breathing, likes to snuffle noses, and doesnt smell very nice. He also has an odd stumpy tail, and looves to sit on people.

+1 cat lover.

I've had two cats, Punky and Skippy. Yes, both after childrens TV-shows. When you have two sisters and your parents think democracy is the way to go that is what you get.

](*,)

Maybe I'll post pictures later if I have some on my computer at home.

Edit: Here's one of Skippy when she helped my parents harvest apples some four years ago.

I love cats and like dogs, but cats are my favourite pets. I don't have a picture of my cute cat called Tzutzy at the moment but I'll upload one once I'll transfer my files. Cats don't actually act like a dog, it's harder to make them love you, they are more independent, but it's a wander to watch a cat playing with a toy mouse for example, they are so nice and god, have the same personality as women.

two chickens, gabby and anabell. and my housemate has a staffy (a dog yeah) named ari.
suprisingly no tension between any of them, more a kind of i'll ignore you if you ignore me attitude, never any trouble. weird.

I think my guinea pig would like the friendly dog-chicken arrangement. She is currently being terrorised by my housemates v. silly cat.
