Yelp API Documentation

I'd like to have a yelp help page for my Gtk+ application. However, I can't seem to find any documentation for the yelp API (which I'm told from the Gnome site exists).

I have installed libyelp-dev, but there doesn't appear to be a docs package.

Any help (!) or suggestions?
