12.04 Update manager stalls on Geogebra

There is an update available for Geogebra. Update manager stalls and won't update anything if update of Geogebra is selected. It says that Geogebra is dangerous software or something to that effect. Geogebra is common open-source cross-platform algebra and geometry teaching tool.

Is there a work-around to this problem?

update-manager is the worst updater i know, but you still can use either synaptic or apt-get :)

apt-get still could not do it for me but synaptic did it for me :)
