How is it coming? I see now they have a stable PPA, and there is an Ubuntu wiki entry, here:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Novacut/HowToInstall
So, did anyone try it? What do you think of it so far?
Also any news from the Lightworks editor for Linux? Last I heard is that it was demoed on Ubuntu.
EDIT: These are both professional grade video editors. Novacut (http://blog.novacut.com/) managed to win $25,000 from Kickstarter a few months ago, and Lightworks (http://www.lwks.com/) is a video editor that has been used for a long time in Hollywood, got Open Sourced last year and they are working on a Linux port. The Windows version of Lightworks is available.
