I notice random kernel panic (once I get the grub menu selection I have a black screen and the caps lock led blinking) after I've upgraded to kernel 3.4.0
I think it mostly happens after hibernation.
Another strange symptom: when i boot normally i can't se the ubuntu splash screen... after a freeze i can see it once during the normal booting.
