Hey everyone!
I installed ubuntu 12.4 and now I have a mouse focus related problem I think. I can only use the mouse on the side bar and the upper bar. If I open a application then the mouse just does not work in it. It just does not register clicks. But keyboard works fine I can use tab to move in applications. Also I cant close the application with the mouse.
I think its a hardware related problem, because I had the same issue in arch linux after I installed it.
Here's my setup:
i5 2500
nvidia gtx560ti
cyborg rat 3 mouse.
microsoft ergonomical 4000 keyboard
8gb ram
1TB HDD.
