Gnome Title Bar Buttons Issue

I have Ubuntu 11.04 on my server and netbook. I want the title bar buttons on the right like in windows. I followed this guide.

The thing is, it worked on my netbook, but not my server. I followed the exact same method. gconf-editor shows that I have changed the settings, even after I restart. The buttons don't move. Everything is the same on both machines, except one is 11.04 Server and the other is 11.04 Desktop.

I already have Ubuntu Tweak...it worked. Now I feel stupid for forgetting to try it. Thanks though.
