I installed ubuntu in a netbook hp mini 110-3700er all works fine but the integrated webcam is not working properly. It shows a noised image. How can I install some other drivers?

Have you checked the hardware? I have a 110 myself, and the camera works fine.

I uninstalled ubuntu and install the windows 7 default version... it doesnt work too... the webcam worked fine on windows 7 and on ubuntu 11.10 but the problem began after upgrading to ubuntu 12.04... my webcam will not work anymore really?

This may sound stupid, but have you tried wiping the lens with a soft cloth?
