The default Panel Background is None (use system style).

Thanks for help but the problem is when i change the style/theme, the painel never change, but i have resolved the problem just edit .gtkrc-2.0 file with copy/past from the .gtkrc file of greybird theme . Now when i change the theme the panel change to :D
