Where is widget layer in 12.04?!

Does anyone know what's happened to compiz's "widget layer" in Precise?! Even after installing compiz, it still can't be found in neither ccsm nor gconftool-2 (I know they should be essentially the same but I thought maybe the problem could be ccsm)
Is it because of incompatibility with unity?! if so there must be a way to bring it back! (yeah I like that much!)\.

I have a widget layer selection in the CCSM under desktop , but I have the extra plug-ins installed. I don't know if this was an extra plgin-in or not.
