how to backup my ubuntu system as a iso

i customized my ubuntu distru. now i want to create a ISO
i tried remastersys... (i dont like it)

I used Remastersys for about a year but it is restricted to only one iso image and systems get much larger than 4.7 gig

I changed to fsarchiver works well but not an iso

I use Clonezilla (http://clonezilla.org/), works great for me.
